Ladies and Gentlemen the Circus is Here!
This was a big party to celebrate 3 birthdays, what better theme than Circus! It was heaps of fun! Unfortunately it was produced in a week, imagine how much more i would have done given the time!
the cakes would have to be my favorite pieces... because there was not much time, I focused on the 3 main pieces
Macaroons, cupcakes, fairy floss, we had it all!
I know what you are thinking: "they are very little cakes". I wanted they to look cute and delicate and that wouldn't work with cakes to feed 80 people (yes! there were 80 people to cater for) so to make it practical and delicious I had pre cut brownies as well as white chocolate and raspberries cakes served with ice cream ready to go in the kitchen... that was the best thing i ever did in a big party... it was relaxing for me to simply get the trays of pre-scooped ice creams from the freezer and add the cakes to serve!
This was hard to make but so worth it... I love the look of it!
